Valderice Italy

Located on the hill, between Trapani and Mount Érice, it is a panoramic and summer place much loved by the Trapani people for its tranquility and for the brackish air that is breathed there. The city has always been a flourishing agricultural center. Today, exploring the area, you can discover among the green expanses of olive and vineyards, stately mansions and ancient baths with rich gardens. Immersed in the green of the municipal pinewood, the open-air theater, created in a quarry in disuse, is animated during the summer season with cultural manifestations of relief. Other events that interest the territory are the Cronoescalada del Monte Érice (May), the Bible in the Park (Christmas) and the parade of allegorical cars (Carnival). Reaching the coast that is unleashed between rocky bays and small beaches, there is the ancient tuna fishery of Bonagía whose tower houses a small museum of activities related to fishing and tuna processing.
