CASA VICTORIA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA

This lovely semi-detached holiday home is just a 10-minute drive from the charming Spanish village of Moraira. The stylish and warm interior ensures that you will quickly feel at home in this beautiful holiday home. From the spacious terrace you have a phenomenal view of the sea. Part of the spacious terrace is also covered, where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. You will experience plenty of comfort on the terrace. There is a communal swimming pool among all the greenery, where it is often relatively quiet. The beautiful interior, the sea view and the lovely outdoor terrace provide the ultimate holiday experience.


This wonderful semi-detached holiday home is located next to our other pearl Casa La Cabaña. Are you with a large group? Then these two houses are perfect.


LAYOUT CASA VICTORIA

Casa Victoria consists of 2 floors. On the top floor there is the living room, kitchen, guest toilet and the lovely outdoor terrace. The living room is tastefully furnished with a seating area, direct access to the dining area and the terrace. There is a smart TV available, you can log in to your own streaming service on the TV.

The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a hob, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and sufficient kitchen utensils. Living room has airconditioning.


All bedrooms are on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bathroom 1 has a bath/shower combination, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2 and 3 both also have a double bed. Bathroom 2 has a shower and sink. All bedrooms have airconditioning. There is WiFi available throughout the holiday home, as well as a washing machine and dryer.


OUTDOOR LIFE OF CASA VICTORIA

Casa Victoria has a spacious terrace with a seating area and dining table. From your terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the surroundings. A wonderful place to wake up with your breakfast and cup of coffee! On the ground floor there is another terrace with an outdoor shower. There are sunbeds and a lounge set on the terrace. There is a communal swimming pool. Parking space for an average sized passenger car.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure on Sunday. In the other months arrival and

departure are possible on any day of the week. However, your booking must be in line with previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings. Ask us for the possibilities.

Deposit

Your stay is subject to a deposit of €400,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.

To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.


STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS

Casa Victoria is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by air conditioning in the livingroom and bedrooms, additional consumption of electricity:

€ 0.40 per kWh (via meter). In the period from November to March, the rent is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. Moraira, Spanien
Moraira (valencianische Aussprache: [moˈɾajɾa]) ist eine kleine, gehobene spanische Küstenstadt, die zur Gemeinde Teulada (auch bekannt als Teulada-Moraira) in der Comarca Marina Alta gehört, 80 km nördlich von Alicante und 100 km südlich von Valencia. Die Stadt liegt neben dem benachbarten Dorf El Portet und beide Gemeinden bilden ein Touristenziel an der Costa Blanca, mit 8 km Küstenlinie, die von Bergen und Weinbergen umgeben ist. Das Gebiet um Moraira ist seit der Vorgeschichte bewohnt. Funde in der archäologischen Stätte Cova de la Cendra am Cap d'Or - in der Nähe der Stadt - haben gezeigt, dass die menschliche Besiedlung bis in das Obere Paläolithikum zurückverfolgt werden kann. Töpfe, die mit den Iberern in Verbindung gebracht werden, wurden ebenfalls am Cap d'Or gefunden, was darauf hindeutet, dass sie das Gebiet später in der Bronzezeit bewohnten. Nach der Eroberung Hispaniens durch die Umayyaden wurde das Gebiet schließlich von Mauren besiedelt, und der Einfluss dieser Kultur ist noch heute in der Architektur und den kommunalen Strukturen der Region zu sehen. Viele der Namen im Gebiet von Teulada-Moraira stammen von der maurischen Besiedlung - wie Alcassar, Benimeit, Benimarco, Moravit, Pouet del Morro und Tabaira. Tatsächlich besagt eine lokale Legende, dass Moraira nach der maurischen Prinzessin Ira, la Mora, benannt wurde.
